What is peanut butter? How we make it?

As the name suggests, peanut butter is made from peanuts. They are roasted at 240 degrees Celsius and then they are rapidly cooled, so the cooking of the peanuts stops as quickly as possible.

Then they are processed in such a way that the kernels and skin are removed and you get free peanuts from peanuts. Human products do not contain either of these parts. They are sold for animals.

The next step involves grinding the peanuts and adding oils, salt and also sugar. This creates the paste we know as peanut butter. The entire process is done slowly, so the peanuts are not overheated and therefore eliminate the risk of additional cooking.

In general, most peanut butter products you can find in grocery stores contain 0 of cholesterol, a few carbs and also a low amount of fiber. But, peanut butter is also rich in antioxidants, gout sufferers do need.
