This is the main reason why they are safe to consume.
This is probably the best type of fish to eat. It actually contains the lowest amount of purines among all fish, so it is perfectly safe to consume it. Luckily, this is a delicious fish, so many people will perfectly have that they are allowed to consume it.
This is the second best type of fish which can be consumed regardless of the fact you suffer from gout. There won’t be any complications and you are free to consume it a few times per a week.
Tuna is the most popular type of fish and luckily, all patients with gout are free to consume it. It is low in purines, so there won’t be any complications.
This exotic fish is also great for gout sufferers. It doesn’t contain high levels of purines, so you are free to consume it more frequently than some other types of fish.
And yes, here I will mention another type of fish which can be consumed if you suffer from gout. I like eating this fish and I have never noticed any complications after a meal or two of the fish in question.
